Felix Äppelmos - an old-fashioned applesauce based on hand-picked apples from growers in Österlen and in north-eastern Scania. The puree has a smooth and tasty character characterized by Swedish apple favorites such as Ingrid Marie and Aroma. Since the weather plays a big role in the harvest, it happens that you have to import smaller quantities from abroad. How large each share is varies from year to year. Applesauce is a delicious accompaniment to porridge and dinner or why not in a dessert? Felix Äppelmos is prepared with care and tradition in the heart of Skåne.
