Beauvais Red cabbage in glass has a characteristic sweet taste, which makes it tasty and well-balanced. The cabbage is mainly harvested in Denmark from September to November and delivered almost daily by tractor from the field to our factory in Skælskør. The red cabbage is processed quickly after harvesting to preserve the freshness of the raw material.
Beetroot is primarily harvested in Denmark from September to December, pickled and then quickly poured into glasses to preserve freshness and the crunchy bite.
