Kungsörnen Sockerkaka from Lantmännen is a wonderfully soft favourite. Bake and eat just as it is or add whatever you love most. You can easily make the mix your own by adding, for example, cardamom, raspberries or why not cocoa and make a tiger cake? One package gives 14 pieces of sponge cake. You only need to add 50 g of butter (or fat of your choice) and 2.25 dl of water to the sugar cookie mix, then bake it at 175°C for about 45 minutes. With Kungsörnen's cake mixer, anyone can bake! A mix that is perfect to have at home for all possible occasions!
