Johnny's Grovstarka senap is a rich mustard with intense notes of dried fruits, figs and dates. Has a long and balanced aftertaste. Suitable for sausages and hamburgers. Coarse mustard makes a simple sauce for a nice piece of fish fillet or for a sirloin steak. It is also a perfect base in dressings and marinades. Mix an egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice and dill. Pour in rapeseed oil in a thin stream while whisking. In 1987, Johnny started making his characterful mustard which is produced in our mustard factory in Eslöv, Sweden.
