The leaky sausage is an old beloved classic and a favorite on the Christmas table, among other things. Smoked over alder shavings and dried well. The taste is characteristic of fresh smoke, it is sour and has a piquant spice taste. Has recently received a higher meat grade and longer drying time, which gives a greater taste experience. Our products only include meat from Swedish farms.
