Our gemelli is made from 100% Swedish durum wheat. After 16 years of research, test cultivation and the care of dedicated farmers, we have been able to produce a Swedish durum wheat that not only copes with our climate but thrives and thrives in it. On our Swedish farms, the wheat has been allowed to ripen slowly during warm summer days and long, bright nights. Maybe that's why the pasta is so good? It is now carefully grown by our farmers before it becomes gemelli in our very own pasta factory in Järna, Sörmland. Tasty meal!
