Kungsörnen's Gingerbread from Lantmännen gives a soft and spicy cake. It's perfect for Christmas, but fits just as well all year round. The mix gives a tasty and juicy gingerbread that is baked in a snap. You only need to add 50 g of butter (or fat of your choice) and 2.25 dl of water, and then bake in the oven at 175°C for about 45 minutes. A cake mix gives a cake with about 14 pieces. The mix is perfect to have at home for all sorts of occasions!
