Kungsörnen Rågsikt from Lantmännen is a sifted and ground mixture between 60% wheat and 40% rye. The rye gives a nice character and the wheat flour gives good baking properties. This mixture is perfect when you want to bake a juicy rye loaf or a delicious breakfast bread! You can also combine the flour with Fine Malt or Coarse Malt Rye Flour, then you get slightly darker and coarser bread. This flour is part of Lantmännen's Climate & Nature cultivation program, a flour that is grown with a lower climate impact.
